By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, booking a strategy session, enrolling in tutoring or counseling, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a student who is under 18, you represent that you are the student’s parent or legal guardian and have authority to accept these Terms on the student’s behalf.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site or Services.

2. Eligibility and Students Under 18
The Ivy Track primarily provides educational services to high school students.
Students under 18 may participate in the Services with the knowledge, authorization, and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Where a student is under 18, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for entering into the service arrangement, approving applicable fees and terms, and complying with these Terms on behalf of the student.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly offer accounts or collect personal information directly from children under 13.

3.3 Customized Plans
Plans may be customized rather than sold as identical packages to every student.
The scope, schedule, price, guarantee eligibility, deliverables, and other student-specific terms may be described in a separate written quote, plan, agreement, or communication provided to the family before Services begin.
4. Free Strategy Sessions
The Ivy Track may offer a free introductory strategy session.
A free strategy session is intended to discuss the student’s goals, timeline, needs, and potential fit with The Ivy Track. Booking a strategy session does not require the family to purchase Services.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled strategy session, you should reschedule using the applicable confirmation link or contact The Ivy Track as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Accounts and Platform Access
Certain students or families may receive access to an online account or student dashboard.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account information
Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
Using the account only for the enrolled student and their family
Promptly notifying us if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization
Account access, practice questions, reports, assignments, roadmaps, and other platform materials may not be shared, published, resold, or redistributed outside the enrolled student’s household except with our written permission.
We may restrict or suspend an account that is being misused or used to redistribute proprietary materials.
6. Pricing, Fees, and Payment
6.1 SAT Tutoring
Current published SAT tutoring pricing ranges from:
$1,250 for 20 hours
$2,400 for 40 hours
$3,450 for 60 hours
Pricing follows a sliding scale based on the size of the tutoring package. Custom hour totals may be priced according to the applicable rate structure.
6.2 College Counseling
Current published college counseling pricing includes:
$600 for the Main Application package
$80 per hour for supplements-only counseling, generally budgeted at approximately 1.5 hours per school
Comprehensive counseling packages ranging from approximately $1,200 for 15 sessions covering 5 supplemental schools to $3,000 for 40 sessions covering 20 supplemental schools
BS/MD, BS/DO, Early Guidance, and other customized counseling arrangements may be quoted based on the scope and component hours required.
6.3 Written Quotes
The applicable fee and scope of a student’s package will be communicated before the family agrees to begin paid Services.
Pricing quoted for a specific package is considered the applicable price for that package unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Ivy Track does not offer discounts, promotional pricing, or price matching unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
6.4 Payment Arrangements
Payment terms and payment methods are arranged directly with the family.
The Site does not collect or store payment card details.
Any payment timing, installments, or other payment arrangements applicable to a particular family will be communicated separately as part of the student’s plan or agreement.
7. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Attendance
Sessions are scheduled with the student’s assigned tutor or counselor.
If a session needs to be moved, students or parents should contact the tutor or counselor as soon as reasonably possible. Students may also be able to reschedule by texting their tutor directly.
Specific scheduling requirements, missed-session rules, or notice periods may be established as part of an individual student’s written plan.
Students are expected to participate in scheduled sessions and complete assignments according to their agreed roadmap.
Attendance may also affect eligibility for certain guarantees described below.
8. SAT Score Guarantee
Certain SAT tutoring plans may qualify for The Ivy Track’s score guarantee.
8.1 Eligibility
The published score guarantee applies to qualifying SAT tutoring packages of 40 hours or more, unless different eligibility terms are expressly provided in the student’s written agreement.
The guarantee is included with qualifying packages and is not a separate product.
8.2 Target
The guarantee target is:
A 150-point improvement from the student’s starting score, or a score of 1500, whichever occurs first.
The student’s starting score is determined using the student’s first full-length adaptive practice test on The Ivy Track platform.
Achievement of the target is measured using the student’s best later full-length adaptive practice test completed on the platform during the applicable plan.
The Skills Diagnostic is designed to identify weaknesses and may be more difficult than a standard practice test. It is not used as the starting or ending score for purposes of the guarantee.
8.3 If the Target Is Not Reached
If an eligible student completes the required plan terms but does not reach the applicable target, The Ivy Track will continue qualifying SAT tutoring at no additional tutoring charge through the next official SAT test date.
If the student remains below the target after that test cycle, qualifying additional tutoring may continue through a second official SAT test date.
The guarantee is capped at those two additional test cycles unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The SAT score guarantee is a promise to provide qualifying additional tutoring. It is not a refund of the original tutoring package.
8.4 Student Responsibilities
To remain eligible for the score guarantee, the student must satisfy the requirements contained in their individual plan or agreement, which may include:
Attending scheduled sessions
Completing assigned homework by the required deadlines
Following the agreed preparation timeline
Completing required practice tests or assignments
One late cancellation may be permitted. Additional late cancellations or no-shows may cause the student to lose eligibility for the guarantee.
The student-specific written agreement controls the detailed requirements for guarantee eligibility.
9. College Counseling Guarantee and Refund Terms
Certain Comprehensive College Counseling and BS/MD or BS/DO counseling arrangements may be offered in a standard tier or a separate guarantee tier.
A guarantee applies only when it is specifically included in the family’s written agreement.
9.1 Comprehensive College Counseling Guarantee
Where a guarantee tier is purchased, a refund may apply if the student is not admitted to at least one of the five mutually agreed target schools established with the family during the college-list process.
The applicable target schools must be agreed upon in writing.
Schools added or substituted later do not automatically become part of the guarantee unless The Ivy Track agrees to the change in writing.
9.2 BS/MD and BS/DO Guarantee
Where an eligible guarantee tier applies, a refund may be available if the student is not admitted to any qualifying BS/MD or BS/DO program.
Eligibility for this guarantee may require the student to:
Begin the applicable program in 9th grade
Complete and pass an initial benchmark assessment
Satisfy the requirements stated in the student’s written agreement
9.3 Student Responsibilities
Refund eligibility under an applicable counseling guarantee depends on the student satisfying the agreed requirements, which may include:
Attending scheduled counseling sessions
Completing assigned work on time
Meeting application deadlines
Applying to the agreed programs or schools
Following the application plan developed with the counselor
One late cancellation may be permitted. Further late cancellations or no-shows may void guarantee eligibility.
9.4 Programs Without a Guarantee
A guarantee is not automatically included with all counseling services.
Unless specifically stated in writing, no admissions refund guarantee applies to:
Standard-tier counseling
Main Application counseling
Supplements-only counseling
Any other service that does not expressly include a guarantee
Guarantee-tier pricing may differ from standard-tier pricing.
10. Educational and Admissions Disclosures
Student outcomes depend on many factors beyond The Ivy Track’s control, including:
Student effort and participation
Attendance
Homework completion
Starting academic level
Testing conditions
Application strength
Academic record
Extracurricular involvement
College and university admissions decisions
Policies of testing organizations
Other circumstances outside our control
Except for an express written guarantee described in these Terms or in a student’s individual agreement, The Ivy Track does not guarantee:
A particular SAT score
A specific amount of score improvement
Admission to any college, university, BS/MD program, BS/DO program, or other institution
Scholarships or financial aid
Specific academic outcomes
Any particular timeline for results
Admissions decisions are made independently by colleges, universities, and other institutions.
Testimonials, student results, score improvements, and examples shown on the Site illustrate individual experiences and do not guarantee that another student will achieve the same result.
11. Academic Integrity and Essay Counseling
The Ivy Track provides strategy, brainstorming, structure, feedback, revision guidance, and editing support for college application essays and other student work.
Students remain responsible for their own applications and submissions.
The Ivy Track does not provide a guarantee that any essay, application, or other submission will result in admission.
Students are responsible for complying with the academic integrity, admissions, and application requirements of the schools and programs to which they apply.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for any express written guarantee specifically applicable to a qualifying plan, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site, platform, content, and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
The Ivy Track disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in writing, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Nothing in this section limits an express score guarantee or counseling refund guarantee that validly applies under these Terms or a student’s written agreement.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ivy Track will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Site or Services, including loss of opportunity, loss of data, lost profits, admissions outcomes, scholarship decisions, or testing outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ivy Track’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to a particular Service will not exceed the amount actually paid to The Ivy Track for the Service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
19. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Ivy Track and its owners, team members, tutors, counselors, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

Materially disrupts the delivery of Services
Otherwise breaches an applicable written service agreement
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Any financial consequences of ending a student’s individual program will be determined by the terms of the applicable written agreement and any guarantee or refund provisions that apply.
21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the applicable state laws governing The Ivy Track, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and The Ivy Track agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
Material changes affecting existing families may also be communicated directly where appropriate.

23. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable written student or family agreement constitute the agreement governing use of the Site and Services.
Student-Specific Agreements. Because The Ivy Track offers customized plans, a written student or family agreement may contain additional terms regarding pricing, scheduling, deliverables, guarantees, or responsibilities. Where a student-specific agreement expressly conflicts with these general Terms concerning that student’s purchased Services, the student-specific written agreement will control.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. The Ivy Track may assign its rights and obligations as permitted by applicable law.
Headings. Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.
